Snowmass Balloon Festival
September 11 - 13, starting at 7 a.m.
The 45th annual Snowmass Balloon Festival encourages visitors to participate and admire balloons from afar. The three days of festive displays will begin with a night glow on Friday evening, from 7 – 9 p.m.

Avengers: Infinity War at The Audi Drive-In Theater presented by Bumble
September 12, 8:30 p.m.
Presented by Bumble, head to the Drive-In Theater at Aspen’s Buttermilk for a showing of Avengers: Infinity War. Tickets are $40.

Garfield County Book Club
September 20, 2 – 4 p.m.
Join other book-lovers at the Glenwood Canyon Brewpub every third Sunday of the month. Rather than everyone reading the same book, come prepared to discuss a book that you’ve recently read and wish to share with the group.

14th Annual Alpaca Farm Days
September 26 - 27, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Enjoy this free family event at the Sopris Alpaca Farm, with 20 baby alpacas running around. Free admission, with hot dogs and refreshments available.

Glenwood Downtown Market
Tuesdays through September, 4 – 8 p.m.
Socially-distanced market, now located on 7th Street in Glenwood Springs. Local goods available for purchase.

Brews, Bands and Bingo!
Thursdays through September, 5 p.m.
Thursday evenings just got more fun in Snowmass, with food and drink specials from local businesses outside regular hours. Live music, sidewalk sales, bingo, and free shuttles are available.

Carbondale’s 111th Potato Day
October 3
Carbondale is honoring their longest running community celebration with a 19th Amendment-themed party: “Spuds and Suffragists – Women Voting Proudly for 100 Years.” Join the fun with virtual contests and prizes, by-appointment farmer’s market, potato giveaways, and “Historic Women of Carbondale” broadcasts on KDNK.
