"An interactive, engaging storytime primarily for babies and toddlers up to 24 months. This half hour program includes repetition and surprise with stories, fingerplays, songs, and nursery rhymes, and finishes with a short social playtime."

"Potluck Dinner and Movie! Come join the growing community of Roaring Fork Valley folks who have adopted a plant-based lifestyle. This month, we will be showing the film THE GAME CHANGERS - a newly released film featuring plant-based athletes and the optimal performance they are experiencing. This will be a free event showing the recently released movie called The Game Changers. The Game Changers is a new documentary presented by James Cameron, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, Lewis Hamilton, Novak Djokovic, and Chris Paul featuring James Wilks as he travels the world on a quest for the truth about meat, protein, and strength. It showcases elite athletes, and scientists to explain fallacies about and improve the way people eat and live. This potluck is monthly and we generally have around 20 people, so a variety of yummy potluck dishes to try out - all plant-based. So if you are vegetarian, vegan WFPB or just curious to enjoy healthy food - or just want to watch the movie - come join the fun! Bring your favorite Plant Based Whole-Foods dish and your recipe to share, as well as your plate/bowl utensils and napkin. We provide tea!"

J It is a precious gift to share in the relating and exchanges between diverse people of all ages. Some of our singers use a wheelchair and are disabled, and that makes it even more wonderful- the beauty is in our harmonic diversity!"
Mindfulness in Recovery® Weekly Support Group

"Mindfulness in Recovery® is an inclusive, peer-led recovery support group open to anyone with a desire for recovery. We support all paths of recovery and spiritual traditions, and we do not promote any particular faith or belief system. It is our firm conviction that everyone—regardless of race, religion, gender, or orientation—deserves to live a meaningful and happy life in recovery. We are not a treatment program or substitute for therapy. Our goal is to provide mindfulness tools, activities, and support to enhance our members’ current recovery program. To do this, we focus on the seven skills of living mindfully found in the Mindfulness in Recovery® literature."
